Bands are 3/8″ quality black elastic, with a black metal hook and two loops sewn to either end. Very durable, and with the hook, easy to take off and put on. These can be used under your combat jump suit pants or on your class A trousers for a comfortable nice-looking bloused appearance. Approximately 10″ flat length. Elastic stretches up to 20″. Can be adjusted shorter by about an inch too. Nice sturdy reproduction card for storing the bands when not in use
