Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

First- we’re human, so there is a chance we could make a mistake. But we’re also very professional, and have done this work for more than 20 years now. We’re going to make you the best reproductions or find the best vintage items we can. We will describe things in detail for you on our listings. We don’t have many returns because you will receive quality and you’ll know what your getting. However, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Yeah, it’s not cool to “borrow” something for Halloween and send it back…

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include dummy ordnance, and items sold as “seconds” or “Packages”.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items, toothbrushes, combs, soap for example.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Text in advance of returning a product. If it’s defective, or we’ve sent you the wrong item, we’ll make good on that. If you are just deciding you didn’t need what you bought, be sure to let us know it’s coming back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will refund the card you used, we will not send you cash or electronic funds.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. There is a very, very low chance of this happening because we inspect things carefully before we package it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a text 509-307-1297 or email: sales@serviceofsupply.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 1125, Selah, WA 98942

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 1125, Selah WA 98942. DUMMY ORDNANCE cannot be sent by USPS, only UPS. We will not pay for shipping returns, unless we specifically request this.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
