This is a U.S. Army-issue Skeeta Tent, NSN 7210-01-520-7136, manufactured under contract number SP0100-04-C-4324. Date is 2004. The part number 180-007 and CAGE code 3E1W4 identify it as a government-contracted item used primarily for insect protection in the field.
