Cardboard tube for Bazooka rocket. There are different types of rockets used during the war, our tubes will fit most of the standard types. These tubes are 22″ overall length, on the inside approximately 21-5/8″. Tubes are reinforced with an extra piece glued in on the inside to thicken the walls and keep the rounds from knocking around. They are 3″ outside diameter, not exactly like the originals, but will fit in the bags. They are painted sateen black, which will look too shiny at first- but will have the correct look after a little use- and have metal end caps, and come with paper label tape to seal the lids on like the originals. The yellow paper seal was used to keep the lids on. We ship you a tube, and 2 labels. If you are going to use the container for a display only, you can seal up the lid by putting the self-adhesive label on and that’s it. If you plan to open the tube for demonstrations, we recommend that you put the label on just below the seam. If you happen to use it for a reenactment, and want 100% authenticity, then you can stick on one label, cut the label to use the rocket, and you’ll have a spare label for later. You get two labels with each tube order.
