This is a genuine USGI ALICE canteen setup consisting of a 1-quart olive drab nylon canteen cover dated 1988 and a plastic canteen dated 1996. The cover features dual snap closures, drain hole, and side pouch for water purification tablets. The canteen is in very good condition with no cracks or damage. The cover shows normal light wear from storage and use but remains fully serviceable. No canteen cup is included. Perfect for military collectors, Cold War and Desert Storm reenactors, living history displays, or use as a period-correct prop in film and television.
