Officer’s Jacket 1942- With nice FARB insignia!

$60.00

Ok, before you go off on this, I didn’t do it.  This is an original WWII Officer’s Jacket, and it was used as a costume, so the people behind the show put all sorts of stuff on it.  No, they didn’t have Service of Supply as an authenticity checker…  It’s got a reproduction 101st Airborne patch, captain’s bars, and a Supply Services patch.  That supply patch is the original with the coat however.  It also has artillery crossed cannon insignia.  Wow, what a combo.  Nonetheless, the insignia is worth better than $20 bucks alone.  The Jacket is a tailored fit, about a 36-38 R.  So, small size, but decent length.  The sleeves measure 25″ from the top shoulder seam to the cuff.  In the picture the ribbon bars are complete, but in the time since we’ve moved around, it’s lost a couple of ribbon bars off the top.  Only the African Theater bar remains…  sorry!
