Rigger Pouch w/ White Cord Ties – Original WWII Webbing

Original webbing rigger pouch.  We found a large roll of original khaki 4.5″ wide webbing and another roll of thick 2″ webbing.  We’re putting this to good use making very durable authentic rigger pouches.  These are about 4 inches by 4 inches, with about 1 inch depth.  The reason for the 1 inch depth is that if the pouch it too wide, it will flop and sag when worn on the belt.  We want them to be big enough for about 4 or 5 clips of ammo, or three Carbine mags, but not too big so they will become slopping when in the field.  This version is made using white suspension line cord, and you tie them together to close up.  This type was used exclusively by units of the 82nd Airborne on D-Day.  They are incredibly tough, and knowing they are original webbing they really look great on your WWII uniform.
