Ice Creepers, WWII

WWII Ice Creepers.  These are surplus, and in sort of rough shape.  Some of the ends of the straps are missing, some straps have some tears or partial rips.  All have the parts, and all can be actually put on your boot- and will last a walk or two.  But if you are crafty, you can fix the straps, I think we even have some webbing to sell ya!  Mechanisms work, they have surface tarnish, but will move like they are supposed to.
