2 US Military Heating Pads. These work by adding water, and will stay hot for hours. Now these are decades old, so no guarantees they even work. They seem in decent shape however. The bags are all intact. One, dated 1975, is slightly faded, but still strong fabric. The second one is dated 1981. Closeups of both stamps. Sold as-is.
