From the annals of “strange but true” comes a unique war-time item. A hot iron stand emblazoned with a prominent swastika. I guess every German war-time housewife would do her ironing using a stand like this while her mother’s cross was draped around her neck. It was very common in 1930’s and early 40’s Germany to have decked-out items with the NSDAP logo. Why not, everyone already “had” to give a copy of Mien Kampf away at weddings. Why not an iron stand to go with it…? Size is 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ x 3/4″. Cast Iron.
