First-Aid Waterproof Pouch- Reproduction.

long, 3/4" wide 100% cotton webbing. The body is khaki cotton, with the
"FIRST AID" stamped in waterproof ink the middle like the originals. No
medical items inside these, made to resemble the bandage box. These
insides won't crush, and won't get soft on you even if it gets wet. This
is the best quality and price for a necessary airborne item! Even with
shipping, it is way under the price of the competition and you will be impressed
with our quality.

Great looking display item to have in your kit, or to fill out a great medic
impression.
Combs, Black Plastic, 4.5
inch- New item.
75¢ each.
Not necessarily a "medic" item, but still under the guise of "personal hygiene"
if that can be applied to a soldier in the field. Still, we think it's a
good item to fill out a kit or to toss in a medic bag. Combs are black
plastic, foreign made, but the labeling is hard to see, looks good in a display.
Will fit inside out sewing kits, or easily into a shirt pocket.
Safety Pin Set (6) 2"- New
item. $1.50
each set.
A must-have item for a medic impression, great for any WWII reenactor to have on
hand for emergencies (trouser rips, etc.). The original WWII black safety
pins were coated with a material that is know to cause cancer, but these are new
manufactured in the correct 2 inch length. Nice strong safety pins for
bandages, or any other use. Toss in a few sets with your next order and
you'll not regret it.
Carlisle Tin Bandage
Container -Reproduction.
$3.50 each.
Many reenactors for years
have painted up Altoids mint tins OD and substituted these in our aid-kit
pouches. The pictures here show that too. However we have purchased
hundreds of new, unused tins, and painted them OD just for you! Don't
ding-up an original bandage tin! These are painted with multiple coats of
paint so they'll last, even when the lift-the-dot stud dents them (as in the
photo) they'll still stay painted. You can put candy, jerky, or whatever
you want in them... even real bandages for emergencies. Come painted or
even unpainted, your choice.
Foot Powder Box-
Reproduction.
$3.25 each.
Great quality cardboard box with the correct labeling. Add a small plastic
baggy with real foot powder if you wish! Box comes empty, you can open it
or seal it up for display.
Handkerchief, G.I. Issue-
Reproduction.
$5.50 each.
A reproduction that you can't tell from an original! Good to fill out any
impression, medic or otherwise. Cotton, approximately 15" square, fully
hemmed, khaki/tan/taupe/OD#3- or whatever you call the color! Each soldier
was issued three for starters.
Iodine Swab Box-
Reproduction.
$3.25 each.
Nice paper/tag board repro of an important medic item. Each box held a
number of tubes of iodine for disinfecting wounds. Great displays, there
is no iodine, but the box looks real enough. You can fit original tubes
inside, or just leave it for looks.
Knife / Scissors
Lanyard-
Reproduction.
$2.50 each.
You wouldn't think of it, but these lanyards designed for the parachute
switchblade knife are great for medics to attach their scissors to webbing for
ease of use- and not losing them! Attach scissors, or a knife for a good
medic impression.
Scissors - New item.
$4.00 each.
These are foreign made 3.5 inch steel scissors with safety tips so as not to stab
yourself or a patient. Tough and durable, nice quality. Also
available with a leather sheath.
Sewing Kit- Reproduction.
$15.00 each.
Not for surgery in the field, but just in case you missed this from previous
Service of Supply website pages... A great item to have in the medic kit
anyway. Comes with safety pins, sewing needle, thread in four colors, and
three straight pins. Plus, four vintage buttons to (hopefully- but no
guarantees) match what pops off your uniform.
Soap Tin- Reproduction.
$5.00 each.
A medic needed to stay clean when he could! Tin has pressed lettering and
a hinged lid. Two small bars of great smelling hotel soap. No, we
didn't steal them from a hotel, but you could when you need to re-fill it.
